NDC's Mohammed Naziru Named NIA Deputy Executive Secretary
Accra, Ghana - 20 April, 2025 - Alhaji Mohammed Naziru, former Director of Communications for the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) National Zongo Caucus, has been named Deputy Executive Secretary of the National Identification Authority (NIA).
The appointment is seen as a recognition of Alhaji Naziru's expertise in communication and community engagement, skills he honed during his time advocating for Zongo communities across Ghana.
In his new role, he is expected to contribute to the development of a robust and inclusive national identification system, a critical initiative aimed at promoting citizenship and access to government services.
