Ghana Extends Humanitarian Aid to Palestine
Ghana has taken a significant step in solidarity with the people of Palestine, presenting humanitarian aid to alleviate the suffering of those in dire need. President John Mahama led the effort, donating 40 metric tonnes of nutritious chocolate and other cocoa products from Ghana's Cocoa Processing Company.
The President reiterated Ghana's call for an end to the violence, urging Israel to cease the massacre and Hamas to release hostages unconditionally. He also emphasized the need for a strict adherence to the two-state solution, ensuring a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
Ghana remains committed to providing humanitarian assistance to the Palestinian people, who are facing immense hardship. The country's foreign policy prioritizes not only negotiating for its own interests but also sharing with others in need, demonstrating compassion and a strong moral compass.
