President Mahama to Present his 120-Day Report Card in a Live Address to the Nation Tonight

Accra, Ghana - 07 May, 2025 - President John Dramani Mahama will deliver a live televised address to the nation tonight at 8:30 pm, where he will outline his administration's achievements over the past 120 days.
The address is part of his commitment to transparency and accountability, as outlined in his manifesto.
During the 2024 campaign, President Mahama promised to establish a lean and efficient government, introduce a robust code of conduct for appointees, and scrap certain taxes introduced by the previous government, including the e-levy and the 10% levy on betting winnings. The Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, announced the presidential address on social media, stating that President Mahama will account to the nation on his 120-day social contract.
According to him, the address will be broadcast live on television and radio, allowing citizens to hear directly from the president about his administration's progress and plans to address the country's economic challenges.
