Ablakwa's Landlord Provides Proof of Residential Status

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa is Ghana's Foreign Minister and MP for North Tongu

Accra, Ghana - 08 Feb, 2025 - The landlord of Ghana's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Finali Limited has clarified the terms of his residential tenancy agreement.

This follows a request by Ablakwa to his landlord for confirmation of his residential status at Plot No. 565, No. 1 Wilshire Boulevard, Airport Hills.

Ablakwa's request was prompted by inquiries from the Appointments Committee of Parliament regarding his residential status, occupancy, and property ownership. In response, Finali Limited provided details of Ablakwa's tenancy agreement, including:

- A Land Title Certificate issued on December 15, 2017
- A Tenancy Agreement dated March 1, 2017, with consent granted on August 8, 2017
- A Renewal Agreement dated March 1, 2022

Finali Limited confirmed that Ablakwa's tenancy is still valid and that all necessary consents have been granted. The company also noted that Airport Hills is primarily an owner-occupied community, with rentals subject to their consent.
