Kumasi, Ghana - 11 Feb, 2025 - A prominent figure in the Asante Kotoko fanbase, Nana Apinkra, has issued a stern warning to the Ghana Football Association (GFA), threatening that the club will not participate in the Ghana Premier League until their proposals are granted.
The threat comes in the wake of the tragic death of Nana Pooley, a dedicated Kotoko supporter, which has sparked widespread outrage and frustration among fans.
In a video statement, Nana Apinkra emphasized that the club will not back down until the GFA addresses their concerns. "We will not participate in the Ghana Premier League until our proposals are granted," he stated.
