Nsoatreman crashes out of CAF Confederation cup
Accra, Ghana - MTN FA Cup champions, Nsoatreman, have been eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Algerian side, Constantine, in the second leg of their encounter.
The Ghana Premier League side's hopes of advancing to the group stage were dashed on Saturday evening when Zakaria Benchaa scored the decisive goal for Constantine.
Nsoatreman were seeking to overturn a 0-2 deficit from the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium but failed to capitalize on home advantage.
The defeat marked a disappointing end to their continental campaign.
