Accra, Ghana - 28 Feb, 2025 - The Ghana Stock Exchange has undergone a change in leadership with the appointment of Pearl Nkrumah as the new Chairperson of its Council.

Her tenure began on February 21, 2025, following the resignation of her predecessor, John Kofi Adomakoh.

Nkrumah's impressive academic background and professional training make her an ideal candidate for the role.

Nkrumah's academic credentials include an MBA and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, as well as an LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. She also holds a diploma in corporate governance from the Corporate Governance Institute in the UK and has undergone executive training at Harvard Business School.
