My Team will Steer the Country to Enormous Success - Mahama Promises Ghanaians

Yendi, Northern Region, Ghana - 22 March, 2025 - Ghana's President John Dramani Mahama has vowed to tackle the country's deepening economic crisis, expressing confidence in his administration's ability to deliver on its promises.

Speaking during a visit to the Gbewaa Palace in Yendi, President Mahama acknowledged the difficulties facing the nation, but emphasized his team's determination to guide Ghana through its current challenges.

The President's remarks come as Ghana struggles to navigate its economic crisis, with many citizens feeling the pinch of rising costs and falling living standards. However, President Mahama remains optimistic about the country's prospects for transformation and growth, citing the talent and dedication of his administration.

“Campaigns and elections are easy. The more difficult part is how to meet the challenge that is facing us especially now that our country is in a deep economic crisis. How we work to meet the expectations of the Ghanaian people and eliminate the hardship that they are facing is the task that we are currently confronted with.

“The task is a difficult one but we have assembled a team of young and talented members of my administration who are capable of helping me to steer the affairs of this country to enormous success,'' he stated.
