Ghana Police Rescue Emirates Airlines Manager from Kidnappers
A daring rescue operation by the Ghana Police Service has successfully freed Sylvia Patience Baah, Airport Services Manager of Emirates Airlines in Accra, from her alleged kidnappers.
Baah, who was taken from her residence in Accra on Thursday, November 21, has been reunited with her family, and authorities have assured the public that a thorough investigation is underway to apprehend those responsible.
The police in a statement expressed gratitude to the public for their cooperation and support during the rescue operation, as well as to individuals who provided valuable information that aided in the successful rescue. Inspector-General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, personally spoke with the victim and her family, who are reportedly in good spirits.
As part of their ongoing support, a team of police medical officers and clinical psychologists has been assigned to assist Baah and her family in their recovery during this critical time.
