DVLA CEO Embarks on Nationwide Tour to Enhance Service Delivery

Accra, Ghana - 08 March, 2025 -  The Chief Executive of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Julius Neequaye Kotey, has resumed his tour of the authority's branches, aiming to boost service delivery and ensure compliance with high standards.

During his visit to the Spintex, 37, and Circle offices, Mr. Kotey interacted with staff and stakeholders, emphasizing the need to prioritize client needs and reduce waiting times. He also warned against corruption and the issuance of licenses to unqualified individuals, stressing that such actions endanger lives.

The DVLA CEO's tour is part of efforts to improve the authority's operations and address challenges. The authority is committed to working tirelessly to register and license vehicles and vehicle users, ensuring safety on Ghana's roads.
