Bawumia to Kickstart NPP's 'Thank You Tour' on April 23

Accra, Ghana - 21 April, 2025 - The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is set to embark on a nationwide "Thank You Tour" starting April 23, 2025, led by its 2024 presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and the party's national leadership.

According to a statement from the party, the tour aims to express gratitude to party members and supporters for their efforts during the 2024 general elections, which the NPP lost to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The tour, themed "In All Things, Give Thanks to God," will span all 16 regions of Ghana, featuring regional and constituency gatherings. The party's National Council has endorsed the initiative, which seeks to foster unity and acknowledge divine guidance. A notable highlight is a three-day program in the Ashanti Region from April 29 to May 1, 2025.

The tour will conclude on June 4, 2025, in the Central Region, with national interfaith thanksgiving services planned. The NPP has encouraged its members and supporters to participate actively in the events, promoting a spirit of gratitude and reflection.
