African Oil Producers Urged to Form United Front for Global Influence

The Petroleum Commission has called on African oil and gas producers to adopt a united front in shaping the continent's energy future.

This appeal was made at the 24th Annual NOG Energy Week in Abuja, Nigeria, by Nasir Alfa Mohammed, Acting Deputy CEO of the Commission, and Adjoa Van Vicker, Director of Human Capital and General Services.

The Commission emphasized the need for African oil-producing nations to present a united front in the global energy landscape, promoting stronger regional collaboration and African influence in the upstream petroleum industry.
