Parliament set to grill Armah Kofi-Buah, three others on Jan 27

Accra, Ghana - 26 Jan, 2025 - Ghana's Appointments Committee is set to vet four key ministerial nominees, including Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, MP for Ellembelle, on Monday, January 27.

The nominees will face scrutiny from lawmakers as part of the vetting process, aimed at assessing their suitability for ministerial roles.

The nominees, who were handpicked by President John Dramani Mahama, include Tia Ibrahim for the North East Region, Dr. Frank Amoakohene for the Ashanti Region, and Akamugri Atanga Donatus for the Upper East Region. The vetting process is a crucial step in finalizing the president's leadership team.

The vetting process will commence at 9:00 AM in the Committee Room 1&2 of the Administration Building of Parliament.
