NDC lands 8th as NPP Takes top spot on presidential ballot ahead of December polls
Accra, Ghana - The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has secured a prime spot while the main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) landed the 8th spot on the presidential ballot ahead of the December 7 polls.

- 2. Daniel Augustus Lartey Jnr - Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP)
- 3. Akua Donkor - Ghana Freedom Party (GFP)
- 4. Christian Kwabena Andrews - Ghana Union Movement (GUM)
- 5. Kofi Akpaloo - Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG)
- 6. Mohammed Frimpong - National Democratic Party (NDP)
- 7. Nana Akosua Frimpomaa - Convention People's Party (CPP)
- 8. John Dramani Mahama - National Democratic Congress (NDC)
- 9. Hassan Abdulai Ayariga - All People's Congress (APC)
- 10. Kofi Koranteng - Independent Candidate
- 11. George Twum-Barima-Adu - Independent Candidate
- 12. Nana Kwame Bediako - New Force Movement
- 13. Alan John Kyerematen - Movement for Change
Meanwhile, EC Chairperson Jean Mensa announced the disqualification of several presidential aspirants, including Bernard Mornah (PNC) and Janet Nabla (PNP), due to errors on their nomination forms.
