Accra, Ghana - October 4, 2024 -The Board of Directors of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital has announced the end of Dr. Opoku Ware Ampomah's tenure as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 5, 2024.

Dr. Ampomah, a highly respected Consultant Plastic Surgeon, has led the hospital since 2020. His dedication and tireless efforts have steered the hospital towards excellence, particularly in reconstructive surgery.
