Ex-Ejisu-Juaben MCE Yamoah Ponko is dead

Tributes pour in for Late Afrifa Yamoah Ponko

Ghana - Afrifa Yamoah Ponko, a seasoned Ghanaian politician and former Chief Executive of the Ejisu-Juaben Municipal Assembly, has died.

The sad event occurred on Sunday, October 6, 2024, although the cause of his death remains unknown.

Ponko was a respected figure within the National Democratic Congress (NDC), renowned for his exceptional leadership and dedication to the party. His untimely passing has sent shockwaves through the NDC community, with many paying tribute to his legacy.
