Vote out NPP - Opoku-Agyemang

Volta Region, Ghana - Nov 7, 2024 - The National Democratic Congress (NDC) vice presidential candidate, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, has called on Ghanaians to unite and vote out the incumbent Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government in the upcoming elections.

Speaking in Adaklu Waya, Volta Region, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang emphasized that only John Dramani Mahama, the NDC's presidential candidate, possesses the experience and leadership needed to guide Ghana out of its economic challenges.

She praised Mahama's leadership qualities, citing his willingness to acknowledge mistakes and inspire confidence. Prof. Opoku-Agyemang also highlighted the NDC's planned policies to empower youth, women, and ordinary Ghanaians, including:

- 24-hour Economy
- National Apprenticeship Programme
- Women's Development Bank
- Big Push

She urged voters to support Mahama and NDC parliamentary candidates, promising policies to alleviate hardship and provide jobs.

“In the process of resetting, it is very important, we should be mindful of the person who is leading us, we need a leader who will tell us the truth, a leader who will not lie to us, a leader who respects, a leader who inspires, a leader who is so confident that when he makes a mistake he will accept it and leader who will take us forward,” he said.

“Let us all be very careful. Now who are the guilty ones?,” she asked, adding, “The people who accused him, now stand guilty.
