The Arsenal midfielder's consistent performances throughout the season earned him the top honor, beating out strong competition from Antoine Semenyo of Bournemouth and Inaki Williams of Athletic Bilbao.
Partey's impressive season with Arsenal saw him play a pivotal role in the team's run to the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League. Despite the Gunners falling short in their quest for the Premier League title, Partey's individual brilliance did not go unnoticed.
