GUTA Meets with Ghana Shippers' Authority to Discuss Trade Challenges

Accra, Ghana - 20 Feb, 2025 - Ghana Shippers' Authority (GSA) CEO, Prof. Ransford Gyampo, has reaffirmed the organization's dedication to addressing traders' challenges and creating a more cost-effective business environment.
This commitment was made during a courtesy visit by executives from the Ghana Union of Traders Association (GUTA) at the Shippers' House in Accra on Wednesday, February 18, 2025.
The meeting aimed to foster a stronger partnership between the GSA and GUTA, focusing on resolving issues affecting traders and promoting a more efficient business climate.
Prof. Gyampo's assurance is in line with the GSA's efforts to enhance the country's shipping industry and facilitate trade.
In related developments, the GSA has been engaging with various stakeholders to improve the shipping environment. Recently, the CEO of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) met with the heads of the GSA and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) to strengthen collaboration and enhance the country's export potential.
