BlowChem Slashes Prices of Bel Aqua Mineral Water and Other Beverages

Accra, Ghana - 01 June, 2025 - Beverage manufacturer BlowChem Industries Limited, producers of Bel Aqua Minieral Water has slashed prices across its Bel Beverages product range, effective Sunday, June 1, 2025, citing improved macroeconomic conditions fueled by the recent strengthening of the Ghanaian cedi.

According to a company circular, the price reduction is in line with BlowChem's commitment to fairness and transparency. The company attributes the decision to favorable foreign exchange trends, which have created room for price adjustments.

The company is calling on its distribution partners to pass on the savings to end-users, ensuring they fully benefit from the improved economic conditions.

According to them, this move is in line with the government's expectation that businesses will share the benefits of a stronger local currency with consumers.
