The Ghana Shippers' Authority, established in 1974 as the Ghana Shippers' Council, has been advocating for fair trade practices for five decades. This new law reinforces its commitment to promoting a robust trade environment.
Implementation and Collaboration
The GSA has launched a nationwide sensitization campaign to educate stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities under the Act. Stakeholders are encouraged to provide feedback for a Legislative Instrument to support the law's operational framework.
