Accra, Ghana - 27 April, 2025 - Global leaders and experts in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability are set to converge in Accra, Ghana, for a landmark international conference.

The three-day event, scheduled for August 27-29, 2025, is a collaborative effort between TSL Sustainability and the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology, and Innovation.

The conference, themed "Sustainable Growth: ESG Reporting, European Union Taxonomy, and Strategic Pathways for Developing Economies," aims to bring together policymakers, government officials, sustainability professionals, researchers, and civil society organizations to discuss pressing issues in sustainable growth and ESG reporting.

According to a statement from the organisers, key topics on the agenda include sustainable growth strategies for developing economies, climate change, green finance, policy and regulation, innovation, and ESG reporting frameworks.

The conference seeks to provide insights into the latest policy developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in sustainability.

Experts will share best practices and innovative technological strategies to address challenges in ESG sustainability, with the goal of equipping participants with the tools and knowledge needed to drive sustainable growth and high returns in their respective economies.

The event is expected to attract international organizations, development agencies, and corporate social responsibility professionals from across Africa and the world.

“The participants will be equipped with innovative techno­logical strategies and best practices to address challenges in ESG sustainability required to attain the desired growth and high returns in their respective economies,” the statement read.
