Accra, Ghana -  October 22, 2024 - Kwame Owusu Danso, Vice-Presidential candidate of the Movement for Change, has launched a scathing attack on Ghana's entrenched 'winner-takes-all' political system, created by the NDC-NPP duopoly.

Speaking to a crowd at Kojokrom Lorry Station during the Western Region Caravan Campaign Tour, KOD condemned the system, citing widespread discrimination and bribery.

He emphasized that young graduates face immense difficulties landing decent jobs without party connections or 'protocol.'

KOD assured the crowd that Alan Kyerematen's government would bring radical change, providing equal opportunities for all Ghanaians, regardless of political affiliation.

“It’s outrageous that parents have to sell their clothes and valuables just to pay bribes for their children to join the security services”, KOD lamented.

“After investing in their children’s education parents are still made to kowtow before politicians to secure jobs. This is completely unacceptable, and it’s the sad reality under the NDC-NPP political football we’ve been playing for over three decades,” he emphasized.

“The era of bribery, corruption, and favouritism will end under Alan Kyerematen. His government will serve the youth and women of Ghana without bias,” KOD boldly declared, drawing thunderous applause from the crowd.
