- Republic v. Mustapha Abdul-Hamid & 9 Others: Currently at the plea hearing stage
- Sumaila Abdul-Rahman: Former Northern Development Authority CEO facing prosecution
- Ibrahim Sessah: Public procurement official facing prosecution
- Charles C. N. O. Bissue: Former Secretary to the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining facing prosecution
- Adjenim Boateng Adjei: Former PPA boss, with a case ongoing since 2022
- Alexander Kwabena Sarfo-Kantanka: Former President Akufo-Addo’s nominee for Municipal Chief Executive of Juaben, currently at the appeal stage after being acquitted and discharged on 26 counts of corruption
Sarfo-Kantanka's case has garnered significant attention, with the OSP appealing the High Court's acquittal, citing that the judgment failed to reflect the weight of evidence presented.
