GIPC Partners with State Housing Company to Revitalize Real Estate Sector

Accra, Ghana - 13 March, 2025 - In a bid to revitalize its investment landscape, Ghana's investment promotion agency has initiated talks with the State Housing Company to explore potential partnerships in the real estate and property sector.
The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) and the State Housing Company are discussing ways to strengthen collaboration and attract local and foreign investors to the sector.
According to GIPC CEO Simon Madjie, the partnership aims to promote investment in real estate, drive infrastructure development, and create sustainable housing solutions.
During a recent meeting with State Housing Company Managing Director John Sheriff Bawah, Mr. Madjie emphasized the importance of strategic alliances in promoting investment in the sector.
He highlighted the potential for investment missions to drive growth and development in Ghana's real estate market.
The State Housing Company is also undergoing enhancements to its property development services, ensuring reliability as the primary state-owned developer. The company has encouraged the GIPC to leverage its expertise for any real estate needs, paving the way for a fruitful partnership.
This development is part of Ghana's broader efforts to improve its investment climate and attract foreign direct investment.
