Election 2024: US Commends Ghana's Democratic Process, Congratulates Mahama

The United States Embassy in Ghana has congratulated John Dramani Mahama on his victory in the country's presidential election.

In a post on their X account (formerly Twitter), the embassy praised the Ghanaian people for a successful election that reflects their will.

The embassy also commended all candidates who participated in the election for their commitment to peaceful elections and the transfer of power. This sentiment was echoed in Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia's concession speech, which was widely praised for its eloquence.
