UKVI partners with VFS Global for Visa Applications in Ghana
Accra, Ghana - October 23, 2024 - As of October 22, Ghanaians planning to apply for visas to the United Kingdom will now use a new Visa Application Centre (VAC) managed by VFS Global, replacing the previous service provider, TLScontact.
This change aims to enhance the application process, reducing biometric and submission times
Key Changes:
- New Service Provider: VFS Global replaces TLScontact as the UK's VAC service provider in Ghana.
- Improved Experience: Expected shorter biometric and application submission times.
- No Impact on Fees or Processing: Visa application decisions, processing times, and prices remain unchanged.
- New Location: Mezzanine Floor, Grand Oyeeman Building, South Liberation Link, Accra.
Applicants who initiated their application with TLScontact will complete the process with VFS Global. The UKVI assures that this transition will not affect existing applications and encourages applicants to await email updates on any necessary actions.
