Olu Jacobs is alive - Kate Henshaw.

Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has denied rumors of the death of veteran actor Olu Jacobs. 

Rumours about the ailing actor's death spread on Nigerian social media on Sunday afternoon, June 30, 2024, but have since been rejected by those close to the renowned actor. 

Jacobs' wife, actress Joke Silva, disclosed on an episode of Mercy's Menu, a show hosted by Nollywood actress,  Mercy Johnson in January 2023 that the actor had been diagnosed with dementia and was been cared at home by his family

Rumours of the demise of the ace actor continue to circulate on social media since her announcement last year and in response, Hensahw has decried the persistent spread of allegations about the actor's death, stating that it is unfair to his family.

The actress made the statement during her appearance on Mercy's menu and also took to X to express her disappointment and quench the rumours.
