Coldplay set to headline Glastonbury 2024.
British band, Coldplay, lead by Chris Martin, will perform on the Pyramid Stage on Saturday (29 June), one night after Dua Lipa wowed audiences with her own headline concert, despite a sound glitch with the BBC broadcast.
While Chris Martin makes frequent public appearances at Glastonbury, Coldplay last attended the festival in 2016, their fourth time as headliners. With that set, they matched The Cure's record for the most consecutive Glastonbury headline performances.
Coldplay's headline performance at Glastonbury in 2024 will establish a new record. The band will shatter this record with their fifth headline performance.
Their performance, which will feature their new track "feelslikeimfallinginlove".
The band's new song is the lead single off their 10th studio album, Moon Music, which will be released on October 4th.
Coldplay made their Glastonbury debut in the New Bands Tent in 1999, going on to headline the event in 2002, 2005, 2011, and 2016.
SZA will close the festival on Sunday, June 30th.
