Woman died after being tossed out of a taxi in Kwadaso

A woman in her forties died after allegedly being tosed out of a taxi by unknown individuals in Kwadaso.

According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred late on Thursday evening, August 15, 2024, between Star Junction and Agric Junction in the Kwadaso Municipality of the Ashanti Region. 

Eyewitnesses said they observed the woman being shoved out of the taxi, which sparked concern.

The unknown individuals, however, drove away as soon as some locals began to shout for help.

According to eyewitnesses, the woman died a few minutes after they got at the scene and attempted to assist. The police were informed of the occurrence, and they transported the body to the morgue.

The deceased's family has been identified, and the police are conducting an inquiry into the incident.
