Nyaho Tamakloe vows to expose corruption in Ghana Football.
Former Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, has stated his aim to expose widespread wrongdoing in the Ghana Premier League.
In an interview with Graphic Sports, the Hearts of Oak board member stated that he had solid proof incriminating club executives who use bribery and other unethical tactics to alter match results.
He stressed his continuous efforts to assemble a full dossier, complete with documents and images, to back up his charges.
"I'm deeply going into some of our past Premier League matches and I will expose some of them publicly with documents and pictures to support my argument," he remarked.
He described specific situations in which officials allegedly approached players before games, offering payments to either underperform or play favorably for certain clubs.
Players have openly declared how they have been influenced with cars by managers of different clubs just to play foul for their own team,” he added.
Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe urged current football administrators to remember the lessons of the past and avoid corrupt practices in their pursuit of success.
